Lighting Christmas Trees in Other Parts of the World

We all know of the most familiar and beloved Christmas Tree Lighting ceremonies around the country where we live, but what about other parts of the world? Even in the countries where the locals hardly see any snow, or some of them who see too much of snow, there are still Christmas Trees placed in the most high trafficking places, like plazas (city squares) and city halls.
