Happy 4th of July!

I just took my bike around the city of Washington, DC and saw many rooftop BBQ parties happening, which made me feel very cozy about the holiday and the tradition.
This is the time to remember that sausages, red meat, and chicken can taste very good - when it's shared with friends and family. No matter what Daily Beast says, 4th of July is, perhaps, one day, where one can forgo a healthy diet.
